This cake was made as a surprise for an awesome lady’s 50th birthday. I used a Moroccan style lattice for the bottom tier accented with sugar pearls, and a big fancy 50 on a white plaque for the top.

This cake design could also easily be applied to bridal showers, bachelorette parties, anniversary cakes, Mother’s Day, etc.
